We’re pleased to announce that we are back up and running; our shop remains closed for the time being but we are available for in-home appointments.
We are busy calling all our customers who have an outstanding order to confirm the next steps and hopefully book a fitting appointment. It is probably best for the fitter to be left alone whilst they fit your products if possible.
Needless to say, the safety of our team and our customers is our number one priority so we have introduced some changes in keeping with Government guidelines:
Members of our team will only come to work if their household are free from symptoms.
We cannot offer appointments if your household are experiencing any symptoms.
We will observe strict social distancing measures throughout your appointment.
We have full PPE if required such as gloves, masks and hand sanitiser.
We will use clinical wipes on any surfaces we come into contact with.
Bacs or card payments are currently the preferred methods of payment.
We will bring a range of samples for you to choose from; we can hold the samples up for you to take a look. If you would like to handle the samples, please make sure you wash your hands for the recommended 20 seconds beforehand or wear gloves.
